Sour Cream CoffeeMilk Cake



  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • 1½ tsp baking soda
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1½ sugar
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1½ tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1½ cup Thunder CoffeeMilk


  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Thunder CoffeeMilk


  1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

  2. Mix the filling ingredients and set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  4. In another bowl, beat ¾ cup butter and 1½ vanilla, eggs, sugar and your flour mixture with an electric mixer.

  5. Spread the cake mix in the pan and sprinkle the filling over it in layers.

  6. Bake for an hour.

  7. For the glaze, heat the remaining butter in a saucepan and stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
